In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
When you request support or use our remote assistance services, we may temporarily access certain information necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue. We may also process communications exchanged with you and, where applicable, data you ask us to manage or submit on your behalf.
We access this information only with your permission, only for the specific support purpose, and only for the duration of the session. We do not store, retain, or reuse any sensitive information that may be visible during troubleshooting.

Any such information is processed only as necessary to provide the Service, is not used for any additional purpose, and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
Payment Data. We do not directly collect or store any payment information, such as credit card numbers or bank account details. When you make a purchase, your payment is processed by third-party payment providers. These providers may collect and store certain information necessary to process your payments, such as your name, billing address, email address, and the last four digits of your credit card or other payment method. We do not have access to or control over the information collected by these payment providers.
Other requests. If you contact us or communicate with us, we will collect and receive records and copies of your correspondence with us and contact details that you have provided us while making your inquiries (such as your name, email addresses, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted).

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.
If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
- Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a Contract. We may process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.
- Legitimate Interests. We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, we may process your personal information for some of the purposes described in order to:
- Send users information about special offers and discounts on our products and services
- Develop and display personalized and relevant advertising content for our users
- Analyze how our Services are used so we can improve them to engage and retain users

- Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.
- Vendors, Contractors and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, or contractors ("third parties") who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it.
We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company;
- Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us;
- Business Partners. We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions;
- Other Users. When you share personal information by posting comments, contributions, or other content to the Services or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity.
5. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services, but are not affiliated with, our Services.
The Services may include links to third-party websites, services, or apps, as well as third-party advertisements. We do not guarantee these third parties and are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from their use. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third parties. Please review their policies and contact them directly with any questions.
6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Due to our global operations, your data may be processed and shared internationally with subcontractors and partners as described in this policy. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Our servers are located in the United States. Your consent to this privacy policy, followed by your submission of such information, represents your agreement to that transfer. To ensure compliance with applicable law, we employ additional protections such as encryption and pseudonymization as well as take other necessary measures to safeguard your personal information in line with this policy and relevant laws.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 16 years of age.
Our Services are not directed to, and are not intended for, individuals who have not reached the minimum age of digital consent or the legal age to provide consent under applicable law in their jurisdiction. In the United States, this minimum age is generally 13 years, except in certain states where a higher age may apply. Within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with similar requirements, the minimum age is 16 years, unless a lower or higher age is prescribed by law. For minors below the applicable age of consent, personal information may only be collected with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect, use, or process personal information from individuals who do not meet these age thresholds or lack the necessary parental/guardian consent. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a minor without the required consent, we will promptly and securely delete such information.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) if applicable, to data portability; and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us using the contact details provided in the section "Contact Us" below. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by email provided in the section "Contact Us" below. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the SMS messages that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section "Contact Us" below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists — however, we may still communicate with you, for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your Services, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
12. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.
Your Privacy Rights
Subject to statutory exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Know / Access. Request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and access such information.
- Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Delete. Request the deletion of personal information we collected from you or maintain about you.
- Obtain a Copy. Request a portable copy of your personal information.
- Opt Out. Request that we stop certain processing activities, including (and if applicable):
- Targeted advertising
- Sale or sharing of personal information (as defined by state law)
- Profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects
- Withdraw Consent. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
These rights may be limited or denied where permitted by law (for example, when fulfilling your request would adversely affect the rights of others or conflict with legal obligations).
How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit a privacy rights request by emailing us using the contact information provided in the Section "Contact Us" below.
To protect your information, we must be able to verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may require you to provide certain information that matches our existing records. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required under applicable state law (typically 45 days, with an extension of up to an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary).
Under certain US state data protection laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws. If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request, and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such a request on your behalf.
13. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY?
In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this privacy policy. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
